Availability and support options

For application monitoring and availability checks we have implemented azure application insights to send telemetry information and in case of any anomalies this system will create tasks in our ticketing system (JIRA) which will be managed by the ServiceDesk /CTO

In case of such a new task, CTO / ServiceDesk will examine the task and if needed a new task / bug will be created for IT or business so that this can be resolved in a correct and timely manner.

In case of a real disaster we can always failover to our backup datacenter, decision will be taken by CTO/CEO and servicdesk team.

In case of service failures, the services will be restarted.
